A TikTok trend from late October 2026. You flex one arm and rest the other hand on top of the bicep so the hand and the muscle form a heart, usually under the caption "have you ever heard of a bicep heart...".

## How do I make a bicep heart video with AI?

Add one waist-up photo of yourself at the top of this page and tap Make my bicep heart video. In about 5 to 7 minutes you get a 7-second vertical video of you doing the pose, with the sound and caption.

## How do you do the bicep heart pose?

Flex one arm with the fist near your ear. Curl the other hand into a C and set it on top of the bicep, fingers toward the fist. The curve of the hand and the curve of the muscle make the heart.

## Do I need big biceps?

No. The heart comes from the hand shape, not the muscle size. In the AI video your arms look like the arms in your photo.

## What photo should I upload?

A clear photo of one person from the waist up, facing the camera, with the face and both arms visible, in good light. Short sleeves show the flex best. JPG, PNG or WebP, at least 400 px wide.

## How long does it take?

Usually 5 to 7 minutes. You can close the page: we email you when it is ready, and it is saved in My Videos.

## Does the video have the TikTok sound?

Yes. The sound of the clip it follows is already on it. You can still swap it for any other sound on TikTok when you post.

## Can I remove the caption?

Yes. The caption is added when you save the video, and there is a switch right above the save button to leave it off.

## Will the person from the original TikTok show up in my video?

No. The trend clip only guides the moves and timing. Only the person in your photo appears, with their own face, hair, clothes and background.

## How long is the video and what format is it?

7 seconds, vertical 9:16, 720p HD MP4, with no watermark.

## Is it free?

No. Every video is rendered by a paid AI video model at 720p, so there is no free version. If a render fails, the video goes back to your balance automatically.

## What if I don't like the result?

Failed renders are returned automatically. If a finished video clearly does not look like your photo, email us within 7 days with the video and we will make it right. Unused videos are refundable within 7 days of purchase.

## What happens to my photo?

It is stored privately, used only to make your video and never to train AI models. It is deleted after 30 days, or right away when you delete the video.

No. Bicep Heart Trend is an independent fan tool. It is not affiliated with TikTok or with the creators whose videos started or spread the trend.
